EXPERIENCE:

Lorraine Crowder Hughes is a real estate appraiser, consultant and the sole owner of the firm of Given Associates, LLC. She has been actively employed in the real estate appraisal field since 1980. Has researched and written appraisals for the Federal Government, State of New York, County of Suffolk, Town of Brookhaven, Town of East Hampton, Town of Islip, Town of Riverhead, Town of Shelter Island, Town of Smithtown, Town of Southampton, Town of Southold, various incorporated villages, banks, corporations, attorneys, estates and individuals. These appraisals have included all forms of real estate, such as residential, commercial, industrial and leaseholds. Has been qualified and testified as an expert in residential real estate values in the Supreme Court of New York (Suffolk County and Nassau County). Has been tested and is qualified as an FHA appraiser. Has been tested and is qualified as a Fee Appraiser for the New York State Department of Transportation
